Solar simulator system that can freely change irradiance and light pulse width. It can be used for various purposes such as irradiance linearity test of photovoltaic cell and photo-responsivity test. It is a system that can externally control from a PC, equipped with a function that can change the irradiance step by step and a function that can freely change the irradiation time (light pulse width). Irradiance can be varied step by step from 1 SUN to 0.1 SUN, and irradiation time can be freely set from 10 ms minimum to continuous light. It has high light source performance higher than Class AAA based on JIS C 8912, C 8933, enabling accurate measurement and evaluation. Spectrum and stability of light are hardly changed even if the irradiance is changed. (Hold grade A)

IV計測装置
スペクトルの近似性が高い光源で、照度可変させても殆どスペクトルが変わりません。 また減光フィルター+定照度機能により、減光時も正確な照度が得られます。 parusu01
非常に短時間(10ms)で設定照度まで立ち上がり、立ち上がり後は直ぐに光が安定する為、直ぐに計測をスタートすることが出来ます。(パルス型光源のように立上り後のオーバーシュートが発生しません) また、光の立ち下がりも10msという短時間の為、サンプルの露光といった用途でも使用出来ます。 parusu02
PCから自由に照度、照射時間の設定が可能です。IV計測装置と組み合わせる場合、IV計測との連動が可能です。 parusu03
